There are opportunities to receive therapy using your insurance company, please inquire with me. If your insurance company is not an option, I can provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company. In some cases, my fee may be less than your co-pay within your insurance company's requirements. 

I currently accept Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna, Blus Cross Blue Shield, plus a few more. Please inquire to see if your insurance is accepted.

Therapy is most effective when a trusting relationship exists between the counselor and client.

Specific details of the information shared within sessions are not shared with anyone unless the client provides "Informed Consent". This is to encourage honesty and trust, and to maintain an emotionally safe environment. Your counseling sessions with me are confidential.  Further, no information will be released without your written consent unless mandated by law.

It is my goal as a therapist to protect the confidentiality of your records; however, there are

some limitations and exceptions to confidentiality:

● If I determine that you are in imminent danger to yourself or others

● If you report child and elder abuse/neglect

● If your records are subpoenaed by a court of law

I accept all major credit and debit cards, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Health Savings, and Flex Savings Accounts.
